Custom Spirits LLC. was born of our passion for creating flavored spirits. We love to think of new flavors and are excited by the endless possibilities! Just think -- there’s a great new flavor out there, just waiting to be discovered. . . and we can do it together!Never before have restaurants and individuals been able to formulate and bottle their own custom spirits without incurring prohibitive expenses. Recent changes in the industry to accommodate the smaller market have enabled us to provide you with an exclusive product. Companies in mass production have far less flexibility than we do, because their primary focus is to control cost, which sacrifices quality. We offer an advantage over these companies because our primary focus is quality, and our essences and flavorings are wonderfully unique.

Rob Robillard, SalesA master distiller and a founding partner of Passcoag Skibbereen and Custom Spirits LLC. He was formerly the National Sales Manager for Lloyd-Doyle, a British optical-electronics firm. Rob’s years in sales and sales management mesh nicely with his knowledge and training as a distiller, bringing strength and experience to our sales force.
John Robillard, Operations
Has Years of experience in product development, product launches, and cost control. John holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and works hard to make sure you’re getting the best value for your money.
Melissa Robillard, Compliance Specialist
An experienced accountant and a knowledgeable compliance specialist. She was formerly the Director of Trust and Operations for Harvard Management Company, which manages Harvard University’s $26 billion endowment fund. She holds her M.S. in Accounting and has taken advanced programs at Harvard University. She will work with you to make sure all federal and local government regulations are complied with.
